What is Tropa?

Tropa is a cloud HRIS and Philippine-compliant payroll platform. It runs employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, recruitment and performance management in one system, and Tropa also offers payroll outsourcing and employer-of-record services.

Does Tropa compute SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR withholding tax?

Yes. Tropa computes SSS (including MPF and EC), PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR withholding tax from actual attendance every cutoff, and produces remittance-ready reports for each agency.

How much does Tropa cost?

Starter is ₱99 per user per month and Professional is ₱149 per user per month, billed monthly, with no minimum number of users and onboarding included. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 30 days on your own employee data and needs no card.
